Most of our antennas carry limited life time warranty with free exchange for the first year, free repair service for the next four years and limited maintenance for life.

We offer free technical consultation, technical exchange, training and antenna selection.

Product use sampling:
Through times, we will make trip to the user sites or use other channels to communicate with customers and get feed back for improvement in the future.

For GSM/CDMA base station antennas, we provide free exchange for the first year and free repair service for the next three years starting from the purchase date.


Limited Warranty details:

ZDA telecom warrants the original retail purchasers (e.g. the end users) that our products will be free from material defects or workmanship starts from the date of purchase from ZDA Telecom or its authorized resellers for the duration as stated above. ZDA’s sole obligation under this warranty should be free exchange for the first year and free repair service for the remaining warranty years. All products which are replaced become property of ZDA Telecom. Replacement products may be new or reconditioned and are guaranteed by us to meet the specifications of original products and are in equivalent for that been replaced. ZDA warrants any replaced or repaired product for ninety (90) days from shipment, or the remainder of the initial warranty period, whichever is longer. The end user should be responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping the product to ZDA for replacement or repair, while ZDA is responsible for the packaging and shipping the replaced or repaired product back to the end user.

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

For base station end users who satisfy certain conditions, ZDA will provide free personalized, on-site training. The conditions for providing the free training includes, but not limited to:

1. have already purchased our products and the products are on-site.

2. Base station site is fully comply with all the requirements and ready for construction and installation.

3. End user must provide knowledgeable engineer or technician who can accompany ZDA’s training personal to the site. For end users who do not satisfy those conditions, ZDA will provide the training with a fee.

 

For those large users, ZDA will send technicians to sample and evaluate about 5% of installed antennas for product’s performance and quality.

 

Sampling and evaluating team will include ZDA’s engineers, installation technicians and other technical personals from ZDA and the end user. The team will sample and evaluate antenna’s performance on site, answer any questions from the user, resolve issues or problems and suggest solutions when it is hard to resolve on site.
